MPRL E&P Pte Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a Joint Venture Partner to Baker Hughes Solutions Inc., when Baker Hughes signed a Performance Compensation Contract ( PCC ) with Myanma Oil & Gas Enterprise ( MOGE ) in October 1996 for the Mann Field Production Enhancement Project
MPRL E&P Pte Ltd. is an Independent Exploration & Production Company privately owned by a Group of Investors
MPRL E&P assumed 100% responsibility of the Mann Field Project and the PCC Contract in October 1999 when Baker Hughes and the other partners decided not to continue with additional investments in Mann Oil Field
MPRL E&P Pte Ltd. signed a Production Sharing Contract ( PSC ) with Myanma Oil & Gas Enterprise ( MOGE ) for Offshore Block A-6, on 18 January 2007
To date, MPRL E&P has made the largest investments in the Myanmar Onshore Oil & Gas Industry
Total investment by MPRL E&P in Myanmar Onshore Operations is over US$ 115 million as of March 2011
